Hi folks, any help gratefully appreciated as i am getting nowhere! Trying to help my friend get a much desired job off shore, he is a mechanic and is in charge of the european maintenance of hsi company on large fleet of vehicles, he is also a qualified MOT tester. 11 years plus experience and highly motivated and skilled. He has also done Seismic drilling(!) and is self-funding his bosiet and mist training. He has sent endless CV's to companies, such as oilcareers, Hays, PEtrofac etc but nothing to date, hates his current job so i am keen to help where i can, he is willing to come in at pretty much any level and work his way up and ideally looking to work anywhere in the world on a 14-21 day on/off rota. Will even look at temporary to get his foot in the door,but that seems to be the hard part, would do inspection work, maintenance, roustabout anything………
