Our Client is looking for an experieced Technical Administrator staff position to work onshore for approximately 18 months before moving to an offshore role Candidates should possess previous oil and gas experience and excellent administration skills Experience of document control setting up systems and generating reports using reporting tools eg Synergy would be advantageous EXPERIENCE ampmiddot Administrative background fully competent in the use of Microsoft Applications Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint ampmiddot Knowledge of FileMakerPro and operation of databases desirable ampmiddot Be flexible and prepared to promote the teamwork ethos ampmiddot Prioritise tasks enabling target dates times to be met ampmiddot Understanding of logistical heliadmin duties ampmiddot Good communication skills verbal and written
