It sure is. The only reason that they call it that is because some of the premix oil is concentrated at different levels and do not work well with oil injection. Marine oil is safe for oil injection in any engine.
I would probably say no. But, if thats all you have and your bike is old and you dont care then dont worry.
Marine oil has different properties in it for specific applications. To see what the differences would be, it would be worth asking someone from a specific company, like Shell, or mobil etc.

But almost any oil is better than no oil, but they are chosen for their various properties, OEP, (oil, extreme pressure) for example, is used in Steam turbines, compressers, OMD (oil, mineral detergent) is used in many things, combustion engines, ect. The numbers after an oil name refer to it’s Viscositiy rating, the higher the number, the higher it’s viscosity, or willingness to flow, at a certain temperature and pressure.
.(ie, low numbers, will flow at close to/below zero celcius degrees,)
You are best advised to use an oil that is designed for its work environment, however, so although i might say that Marine oil(whatever grade that might be)won’t directly harm your moped,you should use suitable oil

You mean the stuff they use in ship engines? No. There are two different types of moped – 2-stroke and 4-stroke. Since you haven’t told us the make, model or year of the moped you are referring to, we can’t accurately answer your question.
there are diffrent types of oil for a reason you shouldn’t mix 2 diffent oils and you should only use oils you are told to use. If you use marine oil and it don’t work then you have a worthless ped but if it does the you will have to change the oil when you get some more it is much easier to get the right oil in the first place
