Oil falls to near as US dollar rebounds
Oil prices fell to near a barrel Monday as a monthlong rally lost momentum as the U.S. dollar recovered some ground. By early afternoon in Europe, benchmark oil for November delivery was down 11 cents to .14 a barrel in electronic trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange.
