Note on "Dinky": The Cyclops "Dinky" Trike or tricycle was first built in 1928 and the original design was built through to 1950. A dinky came to be any small tricycle.

Dinky was the brand name if memory of my childhood serves correctly.
The word Dinky may have crossed over to become a generic name for that type of tricycle – but I don’t remember that.

A dinky is also anything small. Hence dinky toy or dinky car(pedal car).
